Dejan Spaseski - Founder and Head Coach
Dejan is highly qualified with vast coaching and playing experience across Australia and overseas. He has 10+ years coaching experience, ranging from Perth Glory Football Club's elite player programs to implementing sport programs in Early Learning Centres across Australia.
Dejan has always been passionate about assisting youth in becoming the best they can be on and off the pitch. He prides himself on his engaging and inclusive style of coaching, ensuring children of all ages and ability get the most out of his sessions.
Playing the sport since the age of 4, Dejan is currently the club captain at National Premier League side, Stirling Macedonia. After spending 4 years plying his trade at Perth Glory Football Club, Dejan headed to Victoria where he experienced great success as a player at Preston Lions Football Club. To add to his playing and coaching experience, Dejan has obtained his FFA 'C' Licence badge.

Federico Achilli - Early Years and OSHC Coach
Fed joined in the team in October 2022 and has been running our programs within various Early Learning Centres, Schools and OSHC Services.
Coach Fed, who many compare to the one and only Carlo Ancelotti has been with us since October 2022. In this short space of time, Fed has contributed massively to the growth of First Kick. His coaching experience is extremely vast, ranging from Elite Player Programs a Perth Glory FC to working within schools across WA. Fed’s ability to adapt to a diverse range of players and coaching environments has him touted as the Chameleon of First Kick.
As a player Fed has seen it all. Coming through the youth system at Perth Glory FC, Fed eventually found himself kicking a ball around for Spanish La Liga outfit Levante UD at youth level. The big Italian is currently plying his trade in the WA NPL for Perth SC. Having played a massive role in Perth’s double winning year in 2021, Fed is quickly becoming a prominent figure in our states highest level of competition.
We are extremely lucky to have Fed in our team at First Kick.
Liam Price - Early Years and OSHC Coach
It is with great pleasure we welcome Liam to the First Kick team.
The young Stirling Macedonia FC shot-stopper joined the team in July and has become an instant hit with all the players he has worked with so far. Liam’s ability to engage and connect with the future of our sport is second to none and this has been evident since his arrival at First Kick.
On the park, Liam plays as a goalkeeper for Stirling Macedonia in the WA NPL. Liam is one of the highest rated and most established young goalkeepers in the state with a huge future ahead of him.

Chris Tilson - Early Years and OSHC Coach
Introducing Big Coach Chris
The young Inglewood United defender has been with First Kick since July and has already left his stamp on hundreds of future Socceroos and Matildas. Chris’s love for our beautiful game is infectious and he demonstrates all the qualities of a true role model for all aspiring young athletes.
Chris is a young aspiring footballer himself, playing for Inglewood United in the WA NPL. Chris has established himself as a major player in our states top flight at such a young age, making him one of the most sought after defenders in the league. Big things coming on the pitch for our big man.
The best coaching team in the world just got better with the addition of Chris.
Danny Douglas - Early Years and OSHC Coach
We welcome Coach Danny to the team.
The Stirling Macedonia FC youngster has been with First Kick since March 2024 and has been running our Early Years and OSHC programs at a number of services. Danny is a true role model for all our First Kickers, spreading his love for our beautiful game everywhere he goes.
At the ripe age of 19, Danny has established himself as one of WA’s most promising young footballers. After spending many years at Perth Glory FC. The defensive midfielder has recently moved across to NPL giants Stirling Macedonia FC where he has cemented his spot as an integral part of their first team.
We are truly lucky to have Danny onboard.
Justin Tang - Early Years and OSHC Coach
South coach extraordinaire.
Justin has been the catalyst behind our expansion to Perth’s southern suburbs over the past 3 months, running both our Early Years and Schools Programs at a number of centres and services.
Playing as a winger for WA NPL side Western Knights Soccer Club, Justin has bags of experience in our states top flight, as well as being part of the Futsalroos extended squad.

Shay Donovan - Early Years and OSHC Coach
Shay joined the team in April 2022 and has been running our Early Years Program and Schools Program at a number of Early Learning Centres and OSHC services.
Shay’s infectious energy and ability to engage with kids in sport are the reasons he was handpicked to join our team. Since joining, Shay has become a coach in demand for many Early Learning Centres OSHC Services. The positive impact he has on the children he works with is second to none, moulding the future of Western Australian sport from the youngest possible age.
On the park, Shay plays as a pacey and direct winger for WA NPL side Stirling Macedonia FC. 2021 saw Shay experience his biggest year in his own footballing journey after playing a massive role in winning the WA State League 1 title with Stirling Macedonia FC and gaining promotion back to the NPL.
First Kick are truly lucky to have a coach and person of this calibre in our team.
Alexandar Tanevski - Private Session Coach
A magician on the pitch and true role model off it. Alex’s coaching experience dates back to 2013 with Perth Glory’s community programs to now where he is running private 1 on 1 and small group sessions with First Kick.
Both as a player and coach, Alex truly is one of a kind. His emphasis on the fine details of what makes the difference in player performance, allows him to assist players in developing to their very best.
